In a convenient location in the immediate vicinity of Suvarnabhumi International Airport in Bangkok, Dieffenbacher is strengthening its presence in Thailand with the opening of a new spare parts warehouse. The company has thus taken into account the increased demand through five commissioning of new plants in Thailand since March 2017. Another plant is scheduled to start up this year. In addition, the opening of express shipping will make it possible to supply replacement parts that are critical to failure – as well as services such as system inspections and process optimization.
The new warehouse will be managed from the Dieffenbacher site in Kuala Lumpur in neighboring Malaysia. On site, two local service technicians ensure spatial, cultural and linguistic proximity to the Thai customers. This facilitates communication and enables very fast reaction times when support is needed. Another advantage of the new location: Framework contracts for customer-specific storage and other services are also possible. In addition, the goods can be billed in the Thai currency Baht
